Can I carry fruits into the country?

No, inbound passengers are not allowed to bring any fruits into the country to prevent alien invasive pests from damaging local agriculture. Once inspected by the Customs, the quarantine officers will confiscate and destroy them; besides, passengers will be fined NT$3,000 or more.

In case of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version, the latter shall prevail.
