When you apply for delivery and importation for bonded cargos being reconditioned, the Customs shall approve you to deduct the cargos from the stock account according to the status of the cargos before reconditioning, but shall determine the customs value and the tariff classifications and whether the commodity tax should be levied according to the status of the cargoes after reconditioning.
