1. Petitions
(1) Submission of Petitions

a. Written (including fax and e-mail)
b. Oral

(2) Handling Procedures

a. The General Documents Receiving Division shall put the 'Petition' stamp on a petition document which will be given a series number before registered in a special record and reply to the petitioner acknowledging the receipt of the petition.   
b. The attending unit shall put the 'Petition' stamp on the document which will be given a series number before be registered in a special record and reply to the petitioner acknowledging the receipt of the petition.

(3) Handling duration
Petition cases are dealt with immediately within 30 days in principle. Application for an extension is allowed.

2. Feedback E-mail Box
(1) Handling Procedures
The General Documents Receiving Division shall register the 'Petition' with a series number. The competent department shall then reply to the petitioner. A copy will also be sent to the General Documents Receiving Division for record.
(2) Handling duration
Simple cases shall be replied via E-mail within 6 days.
