Introduction of Secretariat

Secretariat provides newsletters and information on Taipei Customs to ensure schools, organizations and foreign guests who visit Taipei Customs to fully understand its business and public service. The service center is set up on the first floor to handle clearance procedure and business inquiries and to manage complaints. The service center also serves for tax and deposit refund as well as treasury checks business. To make improvement on service quality and administrative efficiency, Secretariat takes survey of public opinion, and is responsible for planning, cleaning, layout, and maintenance of the office environment.
